Note: The shipping time can be greatly influenced by following issues: extreme weather, post office delay, customs clearance, local protest, etc. In this case, we are incapable of guaranteeing a timely delivery, but we will try our best for timely delivery of the order from our side.

Yes, But UPS/DHL/FedEx/TNT might in some cases apply a nominal "remote area charge". This is very rare but can happen when your delivery address is too far from the main logistics centers.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. Please check the corresponding logistics distribution track according to the tracking number.

Under normal circumstances, the processing time of the order is 1-2 working days. Once sent, the customer will receive an order sending email with a tracking number. If the customer does not receive the corresponding notification, please check the spam box can of your mailbox. Or contact us at contact@hentschman.com

What you are seeing are temporary authorizations from your bank for the declined attempt and your financial institution should correct these within a few days as we have not and can’t process them. Please note that your credit card may be pre-authorized to verify funds are available. A pre-authorization is a temporary hold to verify that funds are available when you place an order. If your transaction is unsuccessful your credit card may be authorized, but that does not mean that it has been charged. It is not necessary to contact customer service to remove a pre-authorization, if you need assistance removing a pre-authorization from your credit card transaction history, please contact your bank or financial institution.

You must contact us within 12 hour of placing your order via contact@hentschman.com. Please include your name, order number and the correct address for faster processing. We will not be responsible for orders placed and shipped to the wrong address.
