Here we are folks… After a week of mayhem, late nights and early mornings, begruntled staff and black coffee, our SUPER SUMMER STORE is ready to rumble! We had a fun opening night and now that we’ve recovered, we’re ready to serve you. Our shop is open from Monday to Saturday from 10am-7pm and on Sunday from 12pm-6pm.

Dear Friends,
Come join us in our revelry to celebrate the opening of our SUPER SUMMER STORE on Thursday next.
We’ll be celebrating the beginning of summer, the Hentsch Man Spring Summer 2011 collection, freedom of speach, loved ones, that fact that we’re alive, the saving of the wales, William and Kate, the next World Cup, Italians, butter, Wimbledon (and a Federer victory), the end of the recession, and colourful trousers.
But most of all, there will be free booze. And as a tribute to Hentsch Man Brazilian origins, there will be caipirinhas… That’s more then enough reasons to see you all next Thursday (26th May) at 8 Newburgh Street, Soho W1. From 630pm-10pm.

We love The Shop at BlueBird down on the King’s Road. A gem of a store, with a great menswear selection and beautifully presented. HAPPY AS YELLOW CLAMS
So we keep banging on about it, but we really are happy as clams to see our Spring Summer 2011 collection on the Selfridges shop floor. We hit the shop floor last week and we’re going strong already. Our wares can be found in the contemporary menswear department ‘Lab Room’ on the first floor. We’re proud to be sandwiched between our favourite brands A.P.C and Acne… Come have a look (and a purchase!)…

HENTSCH MAN AT PITTI UOMO
What a way to start the year… A race against time to get samples ready, the look books photographed, the prices finalised, the newest Hentsch Man employee recruited (a few hours before stepping on the plane!), all loose ends tied. But we managed, and away we went, south of rain – to sunny Florence for our first exhibit at Pitti Uomo. Just so exciting. We’ll let the images to the talking, but suffice to say that it was a raging success, which we hope will translate into many MANY new stoskists for our Autumn Winter 2011 collection.

WILD SUCCESS AT THE PISS-UP… THANK YOU FOR COMING!
Friends,
We had a blast over the weekend.
After much to-ing and fro-ing, painting, building, stacking, mopping, brushing, yelling, fretting, running, sweating, folding, ironing, cleaning, loving, hating, freezing, screaming, laughing, panicking and after lots and lots of coffee, we finally opened our wonderful Piss-Up/Pop-Up store on Thursday 9th December. The store was open for three days and was a raging success… We met all sorts of new Hentsch Men, saw returning ones, exchanged ideas, had a bit of a boogie… Generally a real good time.
So thank you to all of you that came down to have a look, an even bigger thanks to those who splashed the cash, and a tiny thank you for those of you who thought about it but didn’t quite make it… We loved having you and we look forward to doing it all over again in the Spring.
And for those of you who missed us, we’re always but a mouse click away.

IT’S NOT A POP-UP, IT’S A PISS-UP
We’ve popped up, we’ve popped down, we’ve popped in, we’ve popped out, and now we’re pooped. So instead of yet another Pop-up, for this Christmas season we’re doing a Piss-up. The concept is similar as we’ve done in the past; we’ve hired a space, we’re selling our wares, we’re loving our customers, etc. etc.
The difference this time is that we’re being naughtier. We open up on Thursday 9th December to something akin to the Munich Beer Fest. Ach so! This means free beers for all lovers of Hentsch Man. And then we stay open for a three-day sale, in which time we promise to deliver all that you’ve come to expect from us. Cords, tweeds, mince pies, cashmere, beers, denims, carols… That warm fuzzy feeling that Hentsch Man does so well.It’s Holiday Fun for Everyone!!

PAS SI PETIT A PITTI!
Pitti Uomo, for those of you who don’t know it, is the world’s largest and most renowned menswear trade show. Twice a year this prestigious event, held in Florence, showcases old and new talent, presenting brands to press and buyers from all four corners of the world. And because it’s an invitation only affair, it’s a BIG DEAL to be showing there. And guess what? This year, Hentsch Man has made the cut.
So, look out for us at the 79th Pitti Uomo in Florence, from January 11-14 (watch this space for details of our stand). We’ll be showcasing our newest Autumn/Winter 2011 collection, which we’re just finishing off here at the studio. We wouldn’t want to give too much away, but we’ll give you a teaser – have a look at some of the cool new outwear sketches below…We look forward to seeing you there!

INTRODUCING AUTUMN/WINTER 2010!
Welcome the chilly weather with corduroy, flannel, tweed and wool from Hentsch Man’s Autumn/Winter 2010 collection all of which is available online now!
This season Hentsch Man is bigger and better… The Benny is back in a soft cotton flannel for warmth and comfort whilst maintaining the fitted Hentsch Man form
We’re very excited to introduce tweed to our collection this year in the two button Henry jacket and our classic Joe trousers.
Two new styles of shirt join the Jack and the Benny in the form of the Sunday and the Denim.
Made from a lovely soft wool/cashmere mix in Scotland we have a crew neck sweater, the Simon Stripe, and an old school grandpa style cardigan.
The final newbie for AW10 is our first accessory, the skinny cord tie, which comes in blue, coral, mustard and navy to match the Joe cord trousers.
We’re thrilled with the response that the collection has had so far and it can now be found in stores in the UK, Switzerland, Japan, the US and Canada so check the stockists in case there’s a store near you, otherwise head over to our online shop where everything is available with worldwide shipping!
