It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…

This is OUR FAVORITE TIME OF THE YEAR… Not because of the general cheer, the thought of holiday, the snow on the ground. No… All these pale in comparison to the feeling of receiving our AW12 sample collection… It’s not without it’s stresses, but after all, this is an 11th hour industry. Seeing the collection in the flesh makes it all worth while. Even if it is the day before Christmas and we still have to style it, shoot it and design the look book! GASP!

Oh well. Vive the fashion industry! Sneak preview below…

New Autumn Winter 2012 Horizons

As the year draws to a close and people look back and reflect on this year past – we’d like to stop all that (it’s just a little too nostalgic after all) and have a look forward instead at all the exciting things that are happening in the first quarter (Q1 – it just sounds so official!) of next year.

For starters, we’ve got a brilliant new AW12 collection. No peeking just yet, all in good time. We’re tying up loose ends right now and by January we’ll be touring Europe and the US to show it off… Have a look below, and if you happen to be in any of these glamorous spots, stop by to say hi!

Folks,

In defiance of Scrooge and all those that roll their eyes at Christmas, Hentsch Man is going mental this year… We’re having a proper knees up, complete with Santa, mulled wine, roasted acorns, organ grinders, monkeys, carols, dachshunds, elves and mistletoe. And on top of all the craziness, we’ll be hosting a raffle and a 30% discount on all garments, for that evening alone.

We very much look forward to hosting this cracking Christmas hoo-hah, and hope that you can join in all the cheer.

Lea, our newest member of staff here at Hentsch Man, had the wonderful idea of following up on our internet sales with a customer feedback email. This obviously met with some resistance with some of the dinosaurs at Hentsch Man, thinking that it was too corporate, too pushy and too progressive… But, she persisted and eventually won.

Well, the result is wonderful. Not only do our customers feel loved by us, but now we get to feel loved by them in return. A few testimonials for a slow Friday afternoon…

Thank you. I’ve purchased three pairs of the Joe trousers this season (red check, navy check and light grey) and they are my favorite pants. Its not easy to find pants as well made with a slim cut in such original color combinations. I wore the navy check pants last weekend and received numerous compliments on them. Men don’t usually compliment each other on clothing, at least not here in the US, so that’s really saying something. The Joe trousers that you’ve put out this season are simply as good as it gets in men’s clothing.

We recently just presented our Spring Summer 2012 collection to London press. It was obviously received to great acclaim. Look out for us on the cover of Vogue very very shortly!

THE VELVET MAFIA

They’re now available in store, online, they’ve been blogged about, tweaked about, fought over, sought over, worn, torn and tossed… But we still don’t feel like they’ve gotten enough air time. Our NEW AND EXCLUSIVE Venetian Furlane Slippers of course. The slippers are hand-made by a dying breed of Venetian manufacturers. Born out of post WW11 necessity and then adopted by gondoliers because of the ‘non-slip’ rubber bike tire sole, they have now become the staple of all things cool and chic by Venetian connoisseurs. Or Hentsch Man fans!
